What You Need to Know
Finalising Your Beverage Package
To ensure everything runs smoothly on your big day, please finalise your beverage package selections and confirm guest numbers at least one month before your wedding. This allows us ample time to invoice and order stock accordingly. (Numbers can change slightly leading up to the wedding, if you have guests added or drop out last minute.)
Our Preference for Kegs
We prefer to serve beverages from kegs for quality and sustainability reasons. However, unforeseen circumstances may necessitate serving from bottles. Please note that complimentary light beer, zero beer and bridal party esky beverages will always be provided in bottles.
BYO Kegs Policy
For safety and compliance reasons, we do not permit BYO kegs. All kegs must be supplied through Hunter Bar Packages via Adams Peak Country Estate.
Shots Policy
Due to RSA, shots are not included in our standard service. However, with prior approval, we can accommodate a single celebratory shot or a shot wall.
Pricing Structure
Our beverage packages are priced per person, per hour.
Separate Agreement
Please note that our beverage packages are separate from your agreement with Adams Peak and pertain solely to the provision of alcohol (excluding staffing, glassware, etc.).
Availability
All packages and wine offerings are subject to availability. If your selected beverage is unavailable, we will provide an alternative of equal or greater value and quality.
