At Adams Peak Country Estate, we know that planning a wedding can feel like a lot. There are decisions to make, details to confirm, people to organise, and approximately 400 tiny questions that appear out of nowhere at 10pm.

That’s why our wedding team is here to help guide you through the process and support you in creating a day that feels like you.

From the moment you book with us, you’ll have access to your personalised Adams Peak Wedding Planner Dashboard. This purpose-built portal has been designed to make planning easier, keeping everything in one place as you work through the details of your wedding day.

Through your dashboard, you can manage key planning items such as your guest numbers, ceremony and reception details, vendor information, payments, beverage choices and your wedding day timeline. It also helps us understand your plans, preferences and priorities, so our team can support you properly along the way.

Our wedding team will work with you throughout the planning journey, offering guidance, answering questions and helping you make decisions that suit your day. We can suggest vendors, provide helpful insights, assist with timing and logistics, and work with Monkey Place Catering to make sure the food service flows smoothly with your overall schedule.

6 months prior to your wedding, we will assign one of our team as your dedicated Wedding Coordinator. This person will become your main point of contact for phone calls, emails, onsite meetings and final planning details. They will get to know your wedding plans, work through your timeline with you, and help make sure all the important details are covered before the big day arrives.

One of the key features of your Wedding Planner Dashboard is the automatically generated Wedding Day Run Sheet. This brings together the timing and schedule for your ceremony, reception, catering, vendors, staff and setup crew, so everyone is working from the same plan.

In the last couple of weeks, once your run sheet is confirmed and locked in, it will automatically be shared with the relevant vendors, MC, staff and setup crew to help keep everyone on the same page.

On the day of your wedding, your dedicated Wedding Coordinator will be onsite to oversee the flow of the day, from pre-ceremony through to post-formalities. They will coordinate vendor arrivals and setup, greet and direct guests, liaise with the MC and caterers, keep an eye on timing, and adjust the schedule where needed.

We also know that unexpected things can happen on a wedding day. Weather can change, timelines can shift, and someone will almost certainly ask where the toilets are while standing directly in front of the toilets. Your Wedding Coordinator will be your go-to person for any issues that arise, helping to manage the details so you can relax and enjoy your celebration.
