Wedding Packages 1 and 2 

Accommodation

  • The House - 8 ensuite rooms to sleep 20 guests (see details)
  • The Retreat - 2 bedroom cabin to sleeps 4 guests (see details)
  • All accommodation are fully airconditioned.

Ceremony

  • Your Ceremony location choice of The Lawn and The Hay Shed 
  • Timber bench seats to seat up 100 guests (no additional seating can be added)
  • Signing table and 2 chairs
  • Wedding arbour
  • Wet weather option "The Plan B" 
  • The Deck for musicians including power accessible
  • Ceremonies at The Secret Tree, or elsewhere on the property are available at additional charge

Post Ceremony Celebrations

  • Outdoor furniture (50 chairs and timber cable reel tables)
  • Market umbrellas (weather pending / if required)
  • Lawn Games
  • The Shack bar with chilled drinking water on tap

Reception

  • Your Reception location choice of either The Barn 
  • 30 x rectangular tables with timber tabletops
  • 20 x round tables with white linen tablecloths
  • 200 x white chairs (timber chairs can be hired through an external event company at additional charge)
  • Reception furniture set up and pack down including clean up
  • Bluetooth PA system including microphone/s
  • Tea and coffee facilities
  • Airconditioning (in The Barn)
  • Fireplace and timber (in The Barn)
  • Chilled water on tap (all bars)
  • Ladies, Mens and Accessible Toilets (incl Parents Room)
  • Ample carparking
  • Wedding Coordinator on site throughout the event
  • Function curfew 11pm

  • PA speaker on stand with microphones
  • 3-piece lounge suite

RSA Qualified Bar Staff (approx. 1 per 30 guests) INCLUDED in pricing
Service starts from immediately after ceremony time and finishes 30 minutes prior to function end.
Additional charge if beverages exceed standard (i.e. cocktails, multiple spirits or table service)
Glassware (wine, champagne, beer & tumblers included)
Chilled drinking water on tap
Ice
Soft drinks (coke, coke no sugar, lemonade, orange) - not for spirit mixers
