Since we started back in 2012, Adams Peak has been solely BYO. We have been listening to our couples over the years, and many say choosing the alcohol was one of the most stressful parts of the wedding. From working out how many drinks your guests will have, then what quantity to order, then choosing the selection based on your guests’ preferences, and did you get enough…blah blah blah... it was just another thing they had to worry about!

So… In addition to BYO....Beverage Packages are here!

Adams Peak Country Estate has teamed up with Hunter Bar Packages to now offer Beverage Packages.
 
We have put together a list of beverage packages that offers an exceptional variety from some of the best commercial and boutique wineries in the Hunter Valley. This will ensure all your guests enjoy what they're drinking and also get to try some of the local wines whilst they're here.

Beverage Packages Options 

Please note: Pricing varies depending on the commencement of drinks service i.e. after the ceremony is complete, until last drinks are served (30 mins prior to the end of the event).

  • Classic Package - Wines, Bubbles and Beer 
  • Premium Package - Wines, Bubbles and Beer 
  • Add Ons - Cocktails Carts, Pre Ceremony Bubbles Bar, Champagne Tower, Champagne Wall - Price TBQ
  • Spirits - available at bar prices

  • BYO - $300 (coolroom charge)

BYO (Bring your Own)

There is still the option to BYO (Bring Your Own) if you choose to. There is a $300 charge to hire an external coolroom which will be used for your BYO drinks. 

All our current packages* include RSA bar staff as part of your package. BYO will also include glassware (wine, champagne, beer schooners, tumblers and high balls), soft drinks (for general consumption), chilled drinking water and ice.

If you have chosen to have cocktails, table service or a special service not outlined above, additional staff may be required. This will be charged separately on a case-by-case basis, please speak to the Wedding Coordinator. If you require cocktail glasses, these must be hired from an external company or provided by you. 

The way it works is: you purchase and supply the alcohol, and when you arrive, you place it in the external cool room (which is an additional $300). The internal cool room is stocked by Hunter Bar Packages, so it cannot be used for storing your drinks. 

All bookings made include bar staff, glassware, ice, soft drink (for general consumption - not mixers) regardless of if they are BYO or Beverage Package
