So Adams Peak Country Estate has teamed up with Hunter Bar Packages to offer Beverage Packages in addition to BYO. Whether you prefer to bring your own drinks or choose one of our Beverage Packages, we have everything covered to ensure the drinks keep flowing and the celebrations last all night!
What’s included in ALL Adams Peak Wedding Packages
- Set up and pack down of bars
- RSA-certified bar staff
- Glassware (wine, flutes, tumblers, high balls, schooners)
- Ice
- Chilled drinking water on tap
- Soft drinks*
*Soft drinks are provided for general consumption only. If you require mixers for spirits, they need to be BYO or you will be charged $2 per person for AP to supply the mixers.
BYO Beverage Package Details
Bring your own drinks; we take care of the service!
- A $300 Cool room hire fee is required
- You can upgrade your BYO package with cocktail carts, champagne towers, and more!
- Pre-batched cocktail service available - use your own spirits and have our team serve them in dispensers for a seamless experience.
- Bar service begins at the start of Canapé Hour and continues throughout the reception
- Spirits available for purchase by guests during reception only; OR Spirits Tab Bar Option – Couples can set up a bar tab for spirits with a limit agreed upon in advance.
- Zero wines, bubbles and beers, are available for purchase if required.
Hunter Bar Packages (HBP) Details
Hassle-free, seamless service and flowing all night.
- Complimentary cool room hire
- A selection of Hunter Valley wines, beers, and soft drinks
- Complimentary Zero wines, bubbles and beers
- Complimentary light beer
- Bar service begins at the start of Canapé Hour and continues throughout the reception
- Spirits available for purchase by guests during reception only; OR
- Spirits Tab Bar Option – Couples can set up a bar tab for spirits with a limit agreed upon in advance.
Classic Package – $10 per person per hour
- 4 x wines from Classic Package Wine Selection
(1 sparkling, 2 white, 1 red)** - 2 x beers from Classic Package Beer Selection
- Zero wines, bubbles and beers*
- Complimentary light beer *
*Zero wines, bubbles and beers, and light beer will be chosen at HBP discretion
** this is a suggested breakdown, but is open to variation
Premium Package – $14 per person per hour
- 6 x wines from Premium or Classic Package Wine Selection
(2 sparkling, 2 white, 2 red)** - 3 x beers from Premium or Classic Package Beer Selection
(2 standard beers plus 1 specialty beer or alcoholic seltzer) - Zero wines, bubbles and beers*
- Complimentary light beer*
- Drinks service starts at Canapé Hour and continues for the duration reception / last drinks.
- Spirits available for purchase or via a pre-arranged tab.

Welcome Drinks – The Bubbles Bar
Start your celebration with a sparkling touch! Our Pre-Ceremony Bubbles Bar Cart is the perfect way to greet your guests before the ceremony. Including your choice of one of our predesigned acrylic signs, this elegant cart can be hired to serve pre ceremony bubbles, setting the tone for a festive and sophisticated event ahead.
$8 (BYO) / $10 (HBP) per person
Cocktail Hour or Late Night Cocktails – The Love Tap Cocktail Carts
Priced per cart per hour (Kegs must be purchased separately - please see list of options).
Can you picture it? Mojitos on The Hill overlooking the stunning view... or Espresso Martini's after dinner… to keep the energy high and the dance floor packed!
We have 2 of these gorgeous carts for hire, including stylish crystal-look polycarbonate Martini glasses and your choice of one of our predesigned acrylic signs. They are both fully equipped with double bar taps to serve your favourite cocktails.
$250 (BYO) / $150 (HBP) per cart per hour (Kegs must be purchased separately from HBP - please see list of options).
